About the role
Reporting to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager, you will lead daily logistics and packing operations, drive team performance, ensure health and safety compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the business. You'll play a key role in achieving operational KPIs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full. This is a hands on leadership role
What you'll bring
Proven experience leading teams within a logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
Strong health and safety leadership experience.
You will have previous forklift experience – F Endorsement preferred
Excellent communication and people management skills.
A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to solve problems and drive results.
Strong computer skills and experience managing operational performance.
