Are you ready to make a significant impact on a transformative project? Fletcher Construction is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team for Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi (Te Awa Kairangi).
About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised administrator to support the Health & Safety team and help maintain the systems, records and processes that contribute to a safe work environment.
In this role, you'll provide a broad range of administrative support, ensuring documentation is accurate, records are maintained and key activities are coordinated. Working closely with the Health & Safety team and wider Alliance personnel, you'll play an important part in keeping day-to-day processes running smoothly.
Maintain health and safety records, databases and filing systems
Prepare reports, meeting documentation and other administrative materials
Coordinate and track health and safety documentation and compliance records
Support onboarding, inductions and other workforce administration activities
Provide general administrative support to the Health & Safety team and wider stakeholders
What you’ll bring to the role
Previous experience in an administration, coordination or support role
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
A proactive approach and willingness to support a wide range of administrative activities

Te Awa Kairangi Alliance is delivering transport, walking and cycling improvements to the SH2 Melling interchange and rail station, as part of a wider flood protection and city revitalisation programme. Fletcher Construction is working with Alliance partners AECOM, NZTA, Taranaki Whānui and Ngāti Toa Rangatira to deliver this transformative project.
