Dimond Roofing has been a trusted name in Kiwi construction for over 50 years. We’re known for quality, innovation, and supporting the people who build our communities. Our Hamilton branch is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and keeping things running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting customers via phone, email, and in person with product enquiries, orders, and general assistance
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Providing product knowledge and guidance to help customers choose the right roofing solutions
Working closely with our sales, manufacturing, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service
Troubleshooting issues and following through to resolution
Maintaining a positive, professional, and solutions-focused approach every day
What you’ll bring
Previous customer service or sales support experience (construction or manufacturing industry experience is a bonus but not essential)
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
Confidence using computer systems and learning new tools
A proactive attitude with great attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
A team-first mindset and willingness to pitch in where needed
