About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and ensure products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll help maintain smooth daily workflows, uphold safe operating standards, and provide reliable service to our sales centres and resellers.
This is a hands‑on role where your attention to detail, coordination skills, and commitment to quality will make a real impact.
Monday to Friday – Full Time, 40 hours guaranteed per week

What You Will Do
Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
Maintain accurate inventory and support quality control measures
Operate a forklift safely and assist with product handling
Support safe work practices and maintain a tidy, well‑organised warehouse
Communicate with branches to resolve issues and keep workflows moving
Use ERP systems (JDE preferred) to process transactions accurately
Assist with process improvements to lift efficiency and service quality
Skills & Experience
2-4 years warehouse experience
Current F endorsement and forklift safety certificate
Experience with ERP systems (JDE preferable)
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams
Understands the importance of quality control measures
Thorough, methodical, and highly organised
Strong coordination, planning, and time‑management skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
