Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We have several luxurious VIP Gaming suites that cater to our Table Games, Gaming Machines and International Business customers so it's a pretty exciting part of the business. We look after a variety of guests from our regular customers to visitors from all over the world!
Our VIP Gaming department are currently looking for part time Waiters who enjoy bringing a smile to their customers. You will deliver personalised, high-quality food and beverage service to VIP guests, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through attentive service, menu knowledge, and professional relationship building.
Mōu | About You
You'll have a warm and friendly nature
Be quick on your feet
Good English and communication skills
Happy to work late nights and weekends
Previous customer service or hospitality experience
As the VIP suites are within the Casino areas, you'll need to be at least 20 years old.
