As a Senior Waiter you will deliver exceptional fine-dining service by guiding guests through menu and wine selections, ensuring flawless presentation, and creating a memorable experience. They also lead and mentor the service team, coordinate order flow with the kitchen and bar, uphold strict quality standards, and assist with operational tasks to maintain smooth, high-end restaurant performance
Mōu | About You
You will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar al a carte restaurant
You will have extensive beverage knowledge and be confident recommending accordingly
Your passion for providing exceptional service will be evident in everything you do
You will be well presented and a confident communicator
