About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Relief Milker to join our team at Te Rapa Farm on a casual basis.
Reporting to the Farm Manager, you'll become part of a supportive team where experienced staff will provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
Relief milking across the farming operation
Feeding out and break feeding stock
Managing young stock at Orini Block
Cleaning and sanitising calf feeding equipment
Maintaining clean, tidy, and hygienic calf-rearing areas
Supporting animal health and welfare standards
Assisting with general farm duties as required
* Please note that this is a Casual role, there will be work as & when required from 10-25 hours per week with our busy period being August-December.
