About Ryman
Ryman is a leader in retirement living and care, employing over 7,700 people in New Zealand and Australia across a wide range of areas, including nursing, village operations, sales, technology, design, and corporate roles.
At Ryman, exceptional care is thoughtfully delivered every day. From meals and activities to maintenance and support, our teams work together so residents can feel confident everything is taken care of – because behind that promise is the standard we've always held ourselves to: it's got to be good enough for mum and dad.
We're in a period of real transformation, focussing on stronger commercial outcomes, smarter ways of working, and continuing to set the standard in retirement living and aged care.
If you share those values and you're looking for a career where your work truly makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Other key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching and mentoring Sales Advisors to achieve sales and occupancy targets
Driving lead generation, prospect engagement and conversion strategies across the region
Analysing sales performance, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and enhance results
Monitoring pipeline activity and ensuring accurate and effective use of Salesforce CRM
Forecasting sales outcomes and developing action plans to achieve regional targets
Collaborating with village, development, marketing and operational teams to optimise customer experience and sales performance
Supporting the resolution of customer concerns and ensuring a high standard of customer service
Representing Ryman at industry events, community activities and stakeholder engagements
Building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and high performance
What's in it for you?
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented sales team and make a meaningful impact in an organisation with a clear purpose. You'll have the opportunity to influence commercial outcomes, develop people, and contribute to the continued growth and success of Ryman.
In addition, a career at Ryman offers:
Additional wellbeing leave and flexible working arrangements
Access to over 60 discounts with well-known brands across a variety of sectors including health and wellbeing, banking, insurance, and retail
Social club events and furry Fridays (bring your dog to work)
Who are you?
You're a proven sales leader with experience developing high-performing teams and delivering strong commercial results
You have a track record of coaching, mentoring and motivating sales professionals to exceed targets
You can confidently interpret data and market insights to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
You have strong experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting performance and driving conversion outcomes
You're highly skilled at building trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
You're commercially astute and understand how to balance customer experience with business performance
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities
You value people and kindness and are passionate about delivering outstanding results
You believe in the value of strong, positive, trusting teams who work together as one
You are resilient, accountable and able to lead confidently through challenges and change
At Ryman, digital confidence and commercial awareness are expectations we hold across every role.
