About the role
Fletcher Construction is entering an exciting new chapter as part of the global VINCI Construction group. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major HR systems transition programme that will help shape our future people, payroll, recruitment and workforce management technology landscape.
This is a 12-month fixed term business-critical role leading a portfolio of HR technology initiatives as we transition to future-state systems and services. Working across HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Technology, you'll bring together business and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes while ensuring critical people processes continue to operate seamlessly throughout the transition.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the delivery of a large-scale HR systems transformation programme
Coordinate work across payroll, HR, recruitment and workforce management systems
Manage programme plans, budgets, governance, risks and key stakeholders
Oversee integrations, data migration, testing and go-live activities
Drive business readiness, training and change management initiatives
Manage vendors, implementation partners and delivery teams
What you'll bring:
Experience leading or supporting large-scale technology or business systems projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with enterprise systems, such as HR, payroll, workforce management, recruitment, finance, or ERP platforms
A practical understanding of implementation activities, including testing, data migration, integrations, and deployment
Experience supporting organisational change and helping teams adopt new ways of working
The ability to build effective relationships across operational, business, and technical teams
Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in project delivery
Highly regarded:
Experience with PayGlobal, Workday, Avature, WFS or similar platforms
Experience delivering large-scale transformation, migration or separation programmes
Change management or programme management certifications
Knowledge of payroll, privacy and compliance requirements
