Mō tēnei tūranga | About the opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to join us on an initial contract through to 31 July 2027, with a strong likelihood of extension.

Working within Fonterra's Cyber Security team, you'll lead two Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives focused on strengthening identity governance, improving visibility of user access across the organisation, and maturing the processes that support secure access management. These programmes are key to reducing risk, improving audit readiness, and supporting the ongoing evolution of Fonterra's cyber security capability.

Partnering closely with Cyber Security, Architecture, Technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, you'll drive planning and discovery activities, establish delivery roadmaps, manage dependencies, and provide the governance and leadership required to ensure successful outcomes.

Mōu | About you

You're a hands-on Cyber Security Project Manager who can quickly get up to speed and confidently lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring experience delivering IAM, Identity Governance, audit remediation, or broader cyber security projects, along with strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills.

You'll be comfortable working across both technical and business teams, translating complex requirements into clear plans and driving delivery through to execution. Most importantly, you're proactive, organised, and able to hit the ground running while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders with confidence.
