About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Factory Manager to lead our production team and oversee the day-to-day operation of our manufacturing facility. This is a practical leadership role where you'll drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while working closely with the team on the factory floor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily factory operations.
Manage production schedules to meet customer and business requirements.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Manage inventory, consumables, and dispatch coordination.
Drive efficiency, cost control, and process improvement initiatives.
Lead, develop, and support a small manufacturing team.
Be hands-on and assist with production activities when required.
About You
Proven experience in manufacturing, production, or factory management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Organised, practical, and solutions focused.
Committed to health and safety.
Experience with inventory management and production planning.
Comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
