About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga
We're looking for a Process & Performance Manager to join our Supply Planning team in a permanent leadership opportunity.
This is a pivotal role responsible for driving planning performance across the business through ownership of Plan Attainment, planning governance, reporting, systems management and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll play a key role in ensuring our planning processes remain effective, aligned and focused on delivering business outcomes.
It leads a small team but works across Supply Planning providing direction, coaching and support to lift capability and deliver consistent planning performance outcomes.
Working across Supply Planning, Operations, Finance and Digital teams, you'll:
Lead performance management, governance and reporting frameworks across Supply Planning.
Own and drive Plan Attainment performance, ensuring visibility of risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
Oversee planning systems, processes and documentation to support operational excellence.
Partner with stakeholders to translate insights into action and deliver sustainable performance improvements.
Champion continuous improvement, helping embed capability and planning discipline across the function.
This role offers significant exposure across COO and Growth & Strategy and is ideal for someone who enjoys driving performance outcomes, influencing change and bringing clarity to complex challenges.

You'll bring:
Strong experience in planning, supply chain, operations or performance-focused environments.
Demonstrated capability leading governance, reporting and performance management processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing without direct authority.
Knowledge of business systems, process management and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and present to senior leaders.
Strong planning, prioritisation and problem-solving capability.
