Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We're looking for a Performance & Reward Advisor to join our P&C team and play a key role in supporting our remuneration, reward, recognition and performance initiatives across the business.
Providing specialist advice and support across remuneration mangement, job evaluation, employee benefits, performance frameworks, benchmarketing and reward programmes.
Providing remuneration analysis and reporting
Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide expert remuneration advice
Leveraging approved technolgies and AI tools to improve efficiency and insights while maintaining strong data privacy practices
Supporting incentive schemes and reward progammes
Mōu | About You
You'll bring experience in remuneration, rewards, benefits or performance management.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with large datasets
Project delivery experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
