About the role

The Higgins PKH Wind Farm Team are looking for an Office Administrator / Manager to join the site-based team. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the project, including supporting project leadership, managing office operations, payroll administration, accounts support, reception services, and ensuring the smooth running of the site office.

What you will bring to the role:

Previous office management, administration, payroll, or accounts experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the business
Solid computer skills across Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with payroll, purchase orders, invoicing, and database management
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to work
Previous experience in construction, infrastructure, or project environments would be advantageous
Experience with drawing management would be an advantage.

Work hours are from 9am-4pm Monday - Friday.  Hours can be managed with flexible working arrangements by mutual agreement.
