What will you do?
We are on the lookout for a Legal Executive to join our team based in Christchurch. Our Contracts team carries out the conveyancing for the purchase and surrender of residence rights.
Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Managing the conveyancing of transactions for incoming and exiting residents for the villages
Preparing and sending documentation to incoming and exiting residents and or their lawyers
Preparing contracts for our Sales Team
Liaising with stakeholders to respond to contract-related enquiries

Who are you?
You hold a Legal Executive Diploma / Certificate qualification and or ideally Registered
You have previous experience as a Legal Executive and are confident managing conveyancing files from beginning to end, both independently and as part of a team.
Having experience in Retirement Villages, and estate knowledge would be advantageous
You have an eye for detail and accuracy, and exceptional organisation skills
You have experience in Word, Excel and quick to learn new computer systems
You value people and kindness, and are passionate about delivering excellent results
You strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations; delivering a high-quality service at speed will be second nature
You believe in the value of strong, positive, trusting teams who work together as one
As a resilient person you keep going, even when there are bumps in the road and you show composure under pressure
