About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team at Ernest Rutherford Retirement Village in Stoke Nelson as a Gardener. This is a Casual position working when required for shifts during Monday to Friday 0800-1630.

In this role you will:

Work in a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort style setting for our residents, their families and our staff to enjoy

Service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great appearance and ensure safety of all the grounds area

Enjoy lots of variety with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas

Work closely with, and support your colleagues

About You

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role

Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

Outstanding communication skills

A reliable, friendly and professional manner

Horticultural qualifications preferred
