At the heart of our strategy, SPK-30, is our ambition: It’s better with Spark. Whether it’s our network performance, customer experiences, or the workplace culture we create with our people, we want it to be better with Spark.

Our industry moves at pace, and so do we. Technology, customer expectations and business needs are constantly evolving. About the Role:

As a Finance Partner, you’ll be a trusted Finance contact for the business, helping stakeholders understand performance and make informed decisions. You’ll lead planning, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis, using data to identify key drivers, risks and opportunities. You’ll build strong stakeholder relationships, provide practical financial advice, and help evolve how we work through simpler processes, better insights, automation and AI.

Day to day you will be involved in:

Own planning and forecasting for your areas, working with stakeholders to maintain an accurate and credible financial outlook.
Deliver regular financial reporting and performance analysis, clearly explaining actuals, forecast movements and key drivers.
Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities, ensuring these are understood and reflected in forecasts.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact for day-to-day financial advice and support.
Turn financial and operational data into meaningful insights, highlighting trends, variances and areas requiring attention.
Support key business decisions with targeted financial analysis, advice and recommendations where required.
Maintain strong financial discipline and integrity, ensuring assumptions, reporting and financial information are accurate and well understood.
Improve how Finance works, identifying opportunities to simplify and standardise processes and make better use of data, automation and AI.

What experience you'll bring?

You’ll bring a strong foundation in finance, with experience across planning, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis, ideally within a large and fast-paced organisation. You’ll be confident working with data, able to turn complex financial information into clear insights, and comfortable building strong relationships with stakeholders. You’ll be curious, adaptable and proactive, with a mindset for simplifying processes, improving how we work and embracing new technology and AI.
