About us | He kupu mō mātou

The Supply Planning team plays a key role in supporting the smooth movement and management of inventory across our Co-operative. We work closely with teams across manufacturing, logistics, and operations to deliver practical solutions and help maximise value across our supply chain.

About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga

We're looking for a Downgrade Coordinator to join our Supply Planning team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) for a 2-year fixed term opportunity.

Reporting to the Portfolio Supply Planning Manager, you'll manage the end-to-end downgrade inventory process for finished goods inventory, ensuring stock is accurately tracked and progressed through to sale, redistribution, or disposal. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to maintain inventory visibility, resolve issues, and support day-to-day operational activities.

About You | Mōu

You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with Excel and data. You'll enjoy taking ownership, building strong relationships, and ensuring processes run smoothly.

Ideally, you'll bring:

Strong Excel and reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to work independently and manage priorities
Experience in administration, customer service, inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational environment would be advantageous
SAP experience would be beneficial but is not essential
