About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga
Joining us as a Dispensary Operator at Waitoa you will be joining a close-knit and high performing team who are on a continuous improvement journey.  You'll develop your skills within our large-scale operation and have exposure to many facets of our Fonterra NZ Manufacturing Stores network and projects.

With your impeccable attention to detail your day will focus on receiving and receipting goods into the store, ensuring they are accurately recorded in the ERP system and stored appropriately.  There will also be forklift driving required on a daily basis.

Moving and inverting ingredients, there is a requirement to work across a redline in the dispensary department weighing and dispatching ingredients for departments onsite and throughout Fonterra where required.

Other key responsibilities of the role include:

Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safe and effective materials handling and movement is obtained completing documentation accurately.
Dealing with internal and external stakeholders of a daily basis
Ensuring the accurate movement of all products throughout the stores.
Demonstrating safe driving practices and following all health and safety measures.
Contributing as a productive and positive member of our NZM stores.
This is a 5 day on and 3 day off roster.

About You | Mōu

Working as part of a dedicated and high performing team you will have a strong focus on health and safety.  We are looking for someone who is a pro-active self-starter with drive and ambition.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
Tech savvy computer skills ideally in Microsoft Office as well as inventory control (SAP) and warehouse management systems.
Experience working in a stores or warehouse environment is preferable.
A good dose of physical strength - our products are not always light and can weigh up to 25kg.
Minimum 6 months Forklift experience with an F endorsement and current OSH certificate.
