Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

The Digital & Lifecycle Content Specialist (known internally as Digital and Content Specialist) is responsible for the development and delivery of personalised, omnichannel customer lifecycle programs that drive meaningful business results.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives where creativity, data, and martech intersect. As a key member of the Digital & Performance team, you will work closely with Marketing, Recruitment, Insight and Operations to translate business priorities into clear, actionable plans that directly impact the bottom line.

About the role:

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Customer Lifecycle Management within Marketing and Recruitment, elevating stakeholder understanding and demonstrating clear bottom-line impact.

Take end-to-end ownership of lifecycle activities within your assigned portfolio—developing, managing, and continuously optimizing campaigns to align with overarching strategy.

Act as the guardian of the CLM strategic frameworks, ensuring compliance across all campaign executions.

Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams (digital, marketing, and operations) to deliver cohesive, data-driven, and frictionless customer experiences.

Build scalable campaign assets, including landing pages, reusable templates, and content frameworks, to support efficient delivery.

Monitor and report on performance, extracting actionable insights that directly drive business OKRs.

Maintain strict compliance with local and global privacy and data governance regulations, embedding a privacy-first approach across all touchpoints.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The full salary range for this role is $87,000 - $118,000 (Band [G]).

We have a structured salary framework with three zones for those developing into the role (developing), fully effective (target) and contributing beyond what is expected of the role (upper).

Appointments are typically made within the target range of $87,000 – $107,000, depending on skills, experience, and internal equity. Any offer will be made within the advertised range and guided by fairness, consistency, and our commitment to pay equity.

He kōrero mōu | About you

You’re a marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience developing and delivering effective omnichannel CLM campaigns, leveraging multiple martech platforms. You’re passionate about and have a sound understanding of CLM as a core discipline to delivering hyper-personalisation at scale, and can translate campaign reports into actionable insights and plans.

You’re also poised under pressure, highly organised and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced multistakeholder environment. Whether you’re supporting your manager in developing a new strategy, optimising workflows, or analysing performance, you take a detail-oriented, privacy-first, and customer-focused approach. You enjoy working collaboratively and embrace digital tools and new ways of working to achieve business objectives.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Sound CLM & CRO Knowledge: An intuitive grasp of customer lifecycle management and CRO principles, with demonstrated experience applying them successfully in complex environments.

Hands-on Campaign Execution: Proven capability to design, build, test, and optimise scalable automated campaigns, workflows, and digital touchpoints.

Martech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM, CDP, and marketing automation platforms (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or similar enterprise tools).

Data & Insights Focus: A results-driven, curious mindset with strong analytical skills to dig into performance data, uncover insights, and drive continuous optimisation.

Technical Problem-Solving: The curiosity and technical capability to explore new platform capabilities, troubleshoot blockers, and improve system efficiency.

Stakeholder & Influence Skills: Strong communication, presenting and interpersonal skills to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and advocate for strategy effectively.
