About the role
You will be responsible for approximately 4 teams and 25 engineering staff tasked with building out our SaaS platform. This will require you to operate both strategically and operationally.
Operationally you’ll be responsible for ensuring your teams are delivering quality software at an appropriate cadence. You will be working across the organisation to make sure everything is in place for your teams to be working on the right thing at the right time.
Strategically you’ll be thinking 3-6 month ahead to make sure your teams have the right solutions, capacity, and capability to deliver on our roadmap. Furthermore you’ll be identifying technology gaps in our platform and working with the VP Engineering to deliver technical and process improvements.
With your team leads you’ll be working to ensure that the teams are performing, and that everyone is engaged and satisfied. This will involve managing recruitment, performance, and development plans.
