WHAT YOU’LL DO:
You’ll be the face of Spark in our Blenheim retail store, helping customers stay connected, delivering outstanding sales results and developing your leadership capability.
Use your product knowledge, curiosity and sales skills to understand customer needs, recommend the right solutions and consistently achieve targets.
Build strong customer relationships and uncover opportunities across mobile, broadband, devices and digital services.
Deliver exceptional service through both in-store and virtual channels while driving commercial outcomes.
Take ownership of every interaction, creating positive experiences that build customer loyalty.
Lead by example, support your teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performing store culture.
Embrace coaching and development opportunities that prepare you for progression into a future leadership role.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine ambition to grow their leadership career with Spark. Experience in retail, contact center's or hospitality is valuable, but not essential.
Enjoy connecting with people and building meaningful customer relationships.
Be motivated by achieving goals, exceeding targets and earning through our uncapped commission scheme.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences while confidently identifying sales opportunities.
Show initiative, accountability and a willingness to take on greater responsibility.
Be passionate about developing your leadership skills and progressing within Spark.
