Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Bartender to join the energetic and passionate team at The Fed.
As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while creating memorable experiences for our guests. Working within a fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to a high standard while ensuring every customer receives the warm, engaging service that The Fed is known for.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and vibrant venue where no two days are the same and where your personality and hospitality skills can truly shine.
Mōu | About You
We're looking for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys connecting with people and thrives in a busy service environment.
You'll bring:
2-4 years' bartending experience
A positive attitude and plenty of energy
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
A willingness to learn and continue developing your skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to creating memorable customer experiences
The Fed operates seven days a week from breakfast through until late evening, so flexibility to work a variety of shifts is essential.
