We are currently seeking a sales professional to manage a team of Market Specialists and Internal Sales within the Research & Analysis market sector. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen coupled with the ability to create a trusting and engaging environment as a leader.

  • Manage and develop a Commercial team to achieve the team's targets
  • Ensures that all staff are adequately trained to perform their responsibilities in a safe, ethical and responsible manner
  • Develop strategy, tactics and sales plans. Identify sales opportunities as a result of market changes
  • Work closely with the Market Unit Manager & Product Manager to define forecasts and targets, market share and profitability
  • Lead the Sales team to prepare, with adequate quality, all necessary documents for investment conclusions
  • Develop a strategy to win new business in focused markets & geographies
  • Achieve growth in volumes and profit in line with the targets defined by the Company
  • Understanding the needs of new and existing customers and customise (within marketing guidelines) our services to meet their needs
  • Work with the Cluster Core Team on the planning and execution of sales & marketing campaigns events/promotions in order improve customer awareness
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationship with key customers
  • Plan and implement business plans for penetration of new accounts/markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key departments and key stakeholders involved in tendering business and other business related activities
  • Awareness of competitors and the market more generally, for the markets and submarkets we serve.
  • Contract Management and Reporting
  • Responsible for the Monthly Report of Sales & other related activities
  • Responsible for tendering process management
  • Ensure the implementation and review improvement opportunities of contracts
  • Promote a safety culture with your team and our customers and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/applicable laws and regulations

  • Experience in using rationale and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • The ability to speak & present clearly and communicate effectively.
  • High levels of self-awareness.
