Your opportunity

Everyday our Centre Experience team deliver extraordinary customer service. We welcome hundreds of millions of customer visits each year and our team’s focus is creating unique and memorable customer experiences for everyone in our Westfield destinations.

We have casual roles available within our Westfield Newmarket Customer Services Team. As the welcoming face of our centre, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression, encouraging customers to return. You will also play a vital role in providing assistance to our customers and guiding them through our centre.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clear directions and recommendations to help customers navigate the centre.
  • Ensuring our customers are left with a positive experience when entering and leaving our centres.
  • Proactively engaging with customers to deliver exceptional service.

These roles are casual and based at Westfield Newmarket.

  • You have a passion for premium customer experiences and thrive on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable interactions.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as hotel, retail, or guest services.
  • Ability to interact with diverse customers and consistently deliver excellent service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work flexibly across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
