​​The Sector Advisor plays a critical role in the delivery of NZTE’s sector-based work, turning sector-based work into value for NZTE’s exporter customers, working in parallel with NZTE’s Sector Leads.​  
What you’ll be doing - Te whakamahere  
This role will support Sector Leads and manage the programme of NZTE’s sector-based work, including relationship planning and ensuring project delivery. This work may include coordinating sponsored activities, periodic internal and industry communication, NZTE-led events or contributions to other industry-led initiatives.   The role will also manage NZTE’s sectoral knowledge, including supporting the Sector Leads to deliver periodic sectoral insights to NZTE teams and customers, and provide ownership and organisational leadership for NZTE’s Sector Taxonomy; (This is the categorisation system used by NZTE to classify its customers by sector and subsector and is a key element of NZTE’s data infrastructure).  For more information on the role please view the Sector Advisor Position Description.  What you’ll need to be successful – Ō Pūkenga
