The opportunity

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a School Administrator in a key front facing role, to ensure our international students have a positive and enriched experience.  Administrative effectiveness, strong customer service skills, empathy and excellent communication abilities will be key to your success.  It is crucial for you to be a flexible and supportive team player.  Ideally you will have experience of the international education sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth running of the reception desk and all tasks pertaining to the role
• Administration relating to student onboarding
• Report and documentation generation from database

Qualifications

Your skills and experience:

It is essential for you to hold:

• An undergraduate degree or relevant work experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a student support of similar advisory role.
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to demonstrate and establish solutions to problems.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and customer service skills.
