As we continue to grow and set new standards in service, we are looking for a dedicated Service Planner to join our dynamic Initial Hygiene Team in our Hamilton office. This role is vital for ensuring that our service operations run smoothly and efficiently, allowing our technicians to deliver exceptional service to our customers

Role overview:
The Service Planner will be responsible for scheduling and planning service visits, managing documentation, and streamlining communication between sales and service teams. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and an eye for detail.
Key responsibilities:
- Use internal software platforms for scheduling and tracking services.
- Organize daily, weekly, and monthly service schedules for technicians.
- Coordinate urgent service appointments with sales and inform customers of any changes.
- Manage service-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Update service data accurately in business systems.
- Support the transition to digital planning and documentation.
- Review service reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to address service-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to company safety policies and protocols.
