Join us as a HSE Advisor - Trainer Assessor in Wellington Region.
Based out of our Petone office, you are responsible for coordinating and delivering compliant training that is engaging and addresses the needs of the various departments. You will work with the departments to ensure proactive plans are made to address training needs. Our values will drive everything you do.
In addition to the above you will:
- Provide support with identifying risks, and development and implementation of improving safety process within work areas
- Facilitate training as required to a high standard to ensure all attendees are provided with the optimum opportunity to learn
- Work with managers and staff to create a learning/development plan that is relevant and specific
- Work with managers and staff to identify on an off the job training opportunities that will assist them to achieve operational goals and requirements

We’re looking for someone with:
- Full drivers licence, including WTR endorsements
- National certificate in adult education, or progress toward it
- NZQA qualified assessor
- At least 5 years’ experience within a contracting environment
- NZTA driver instructor qualifications advantageous but not critical
