About the Role
We are on the hunt for a talented Training Program Support to provide customer and student services and administrative support, using approved Ventia Training Systems, policies and procedures. You will work with students to ensure that their learning experience is second to none. You will work with management to ensure appropriate learning material is made available to students to make their learning experience a great one. You will ensure relevant training activities are delivered in an effective and timely manner. While this role does require some days in the office, there is flexibility to work remotely as well, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities include
• Actioning all training enquiries and bookings, processing enrolments and student data.
• Updating and maintaining training calendar and schedule.
• Processing vendor setup and purchase orders as required as well as setting up course and class offers in line with product offerings, Training and Assessment Strategy, training package, contract and client requirements.
• Supporting traineeship/ apprenticeship processes, including preparation of training plans per govt guidelines as well as providing support to students throughout enrolment period by ensuring access to learner portal, training materials, and instructions.
• Performing QA Checks, data integrity, data entry, result and issue statements of attainment or certificates in line with RTO/TEO policies, procedures and work instruction guidelines.
About You
To be successful in this role, you need to have demonstrated experience in a similar role or in a busy administrative role with multiple moving parts. You will have a genuine interest in helping people.
• Qualification in business administration, human resource or similar area
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Analytical skills coupled with your ability to multitask
• Strong experience in managing accredited training requirements
• Operation of a SMS And LMS
• System savvy – Moodle, Wisenet and Power BI is highly regarded
• Experience with the national training system
• Developing and implementing administrative processes
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
