Assistant Venue Manager

Little Creatures Brewing was born out of a love affair with hoppy beer. We swing the doors of our Brewery open to visitors from far and wide every day. We’re on the hunt for a Professional and experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our crew of Creatures based in Hobsonville, Auckland reporting to our Venue Manager.

To land yourself this role you will be

• experienced at managing large, high volume dining rooms and nurturing and training teams.
• a bookings management ninja with Maître d’ skills that are the envy of all
• focussed on health & Safety and having the ability to multitask and troubleshoot on your feet are attributes that will set you apart from the rest.

A great sense of humour won’t go amiss either!

We’re looking for keen self-starters who are focussed on the task in hand and can work well under pressure. If you have a true passion for people & service and the ability to deliver a consistent product in a high-volume environment, whilst keeping your cool & sense of humour when the pressure’s on- we would love to hear from you.
