Summerset is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Support Lead to join our Property team. In this role, you will provide high-quality systems support, drive process improvements, and ensure systems compliance. You will interact with business stakeholders to understand their needs, implement solutions, and support strategic asset management.

This is a 6 month fixed term position and can be based in Auckland or Wellington. 

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and systems.
• Maintain and report on the Property Asset Database.
• Provide systems training to property teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiencies and improvements.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.

What you need

• Experience in administration, ideally in Property/Construction/Facilities management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
