We are seeking a Product Owner to lead a squad delivering on our Focus strategy to double New Zealand exports. You’ll be working across key products to optimise our customer and employee experiences of digital. What you’ll be doing | Te whakamahere
Reporting into the leader of the product team, you will perform usual Product Owner responsibilities, including prioritising and managing a sprint backlog, breaking work down into stories, ensuring product value is represented in each story, development of story acceptance criteria, day to day decision making for the squad and setting leadership and direction through influence and establishing great relationships. You will also work on product vision implementation and execution, prioritise features and monitor and gather insights to inform future opportunities for development.

What you’ll need to be successful | Ō Pūkenga
Preferably you will be an experienced Product Owner who is able to hit the ground running, along with this you will be:· Experienced in Digital and Tech Savvy – Have demonstrable experience in Agile, including squad ceremonies, and the analysis of customer behaviours and needs. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus.· A master at Stakeholder Management and Communication – Have the ability to build strong and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and able to manage competing priorities across multiple, active/interested stakeholders. You will be great at communicating stories and can listen and elicit feedback to confirm understanding.
