Job Description

We are currently looking for a Health & Safety Admin Assistant to join our Blenheim Team. 

You will be responsible for assisting day-to-day administration of the H&S department. Filing documents and organising events. 

This is a Full-time position with Part-time hours, Monday- Friday 9am - 2pm. With the right experience your payrate will be $27.50 p/h. 

As a Health & Safety Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for: 

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for all health & safety related activities. 
• Provide contractor inductions. Update and maintain the contractor database and ensure compliance requirements are consistently met. 
• H&S minute taking for committee meetings, toolbox talk SLT HS meetings and any other required discussions. 
•  Work with H&S Coordinator on staff injury management- documentation, liasing with stakeholders, staff rehab plan, etc. 

Qualifications

For this role, you'll need: 

• Previous office administration experience. 
• Working experience in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook. 
• Knowledge in Health and Safety administration would be an advantage.
