Job Description

Are you an early bird? Do you like the quietness of the wee hours of the morning? Can you start a 4:30am shift?

 Then come and be our early starter F&B Attendant. What you will be doing:

• 4:30am starts & weekend work will be required
• Responsible for re-setting Atlas Restaurant each morning in preparation for the breakfast service
• Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces during and after service
• Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction
• Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment
• Responsible for serving hot beverages as a barista
• Engaging guests and managing queries during service

Qualifications

Your experience and skills will include:

• Organized and a great team player
• Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Previous experience in a similar role an asset but not essential
• Great customer service attitude

The Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and Ibis Rotorua Lakeside is a dual branded complex hotel with 344 rooms located in central Rotorua.

Our  two hotels include,  Atlas Café & Restaurant, Clarkes Bar and Ibis restaurant. 10 conference / banquet rooms and our own InBalance Fitness Centre.
