About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you'll be joining a team of four who are passionate about the work they do, and are happy to jump in and support each-other as needed. This is an exciting time to join us as we look to shift the way we attract and hire awesome people into the Foodies South Island team.
In the short term, your focus will be on building partnerships with leaders across Foodstuffs South Island, and providing support across the whole recruitment life-cycle. As we look to develop our Talent Strategy, there will be opportunity to support with some exciting initiatives and projects on our horizon.
About you:
Ideally you'll bring experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end, but we are looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable having the tough conversations with both candidates and hiring managers
- Passionate about delivering exceptional hiring experiences
- Able to build relationships and partner with relevant stakeholders
- Comfortable working through change and ambiguity
- Eager to support across continuous improvement & strategic initiatives
