Weare looking for enthusiastic front-of-house team members who can bring their flair for hospitality to create engaging wine tasting & food experiences for our guests in Blenheim, Marlborough.

You will be great at:

• Showing your passion for excellent customer service
• Converting the guest’s positive experience into wine sales and brand loyalty
• Encouraging visitor loyalty and sign up to the wine club
• Supporting private experience and VIP events

Requirements

Ideally, you will have:

• Previous restaurant service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale and online booking systems
• A sales-orientated mindset - able to convert positive experiences into sales of wines, food, and merchandise
• Enthusiasm and be team-orientated
• The ability to work weekends and public holidays & some evening events when required during the season
• English is essential, an additional language is a plus
