Job Description

What You’ll Do

As part of a dynamic cross-functional squad, you’ll use your skills and initiative to:

  • Resolve customer, store, and cash management queries across all brands promptly and effectively.
  • Investigate and correct payment discrepancies, ensuring swift resolutions within KPIs.
  • Reconcile store banking exceptions, unmatched POS systems, and over/underpayments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including store managers, operations, and internal teams, to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Manage invoicing tasks and assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting.
  • Handle customer interactions across multiple platforms with professionalism and care.
  • Support cross-functional teams with supplier payments and accounts receivable processes.
  • Contribute to team initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement activities.

Desirable Experience:

  • Cash Management/ retail POS reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with large ERP systems and retail POS cash management.
  • Previous retail experience in store sales and banking reconciliation.
  • Expertise in bank reconciliation and managing journals.
  • Accounts Receivable or Credit Control experience.
