Lumino Burton & Brown is on the hunt for a Practice Manager to join our close-knit team! Our practice is made up of experienced clinicians and support staff, all working together to provide the highest quality patient care.

Our business is looking for a Practice Manager for their busy, central city  practice, that is modern and purpose built.  The days/hours are as follows:

• Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

For this role, we are on the hunt for a candidate with strong business acumen and proven people leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a close knit team. This role will be replacing a long standing Practice Manager, so the ability to slot into a position and continue to improve and develop the team is a must!

Qualifications

To step into this opportunity we are looking for the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential)
• Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients
• The ability to work well under pressure, to multi-task and be flexible
• An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statements
• Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology
