About the role
In this newly created Change Manager role within our Digital team, you will have an exciting opportunity to lead and manage change within a large programme of work that is central to transforming the way we run critical technology infrastructure. Delivering complex, transformative programmes is a key part of our strategy, and you will be a crucial change-maker in bringing this vision to life.

Your key role will include:

• Assess change impacts and run assessment workshops  
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
• Develop communication plans and key messages
• Create training plans
• Managing resistance to change
• Work with key business leaders to deliver organisational change
• Develop coaching plans and undertaking coaching management
• Co-creating sponsor roadmaps. 

Who we are looking for:

• Demonstrated success in complex programmes of work in a business of similar size or complexity to Vector – an advantage will be experience in technical digital programmes such as an ADMS or ERP implementation, or equivalent.
• Experience in establishing new teams and processes, embedding and optimising new capabilities and ways of working
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging across technical and non-technical teams, influencing senior leaders, and aligning diverse groups to a common change vision.
• Ability to manage significant people change, ensuring that cultural and operational shifts are effectively navigated and supported across all levels of the organisation.
• Expertise in change management methodologies – ideally Prosci / ADKAR with the associated industry certifications.
