As a Business Engagement Partner, you’ll be at the heart of shaping our IT landscape, driving business transformation, and delivering impactful digital solutions that keep our processes connected, our customers happy, and our work environment exciting!
You will: - Be a key player in a future-focused team, spearheading world-class digital engagement and analysis. - Collaborate across departments, turning complex tech concepts into simple, actionable strategies that drive innovation. - Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from senior execs to frontline teams, influencing change and delivering real value to the business.
As a trusted thought leader, you’ll:- Build strong partnerships between IT and the wider Foodstuffs North Island (FSNI) team.- Help streamline processes that allow customers to shop how, when, and where they want. - Deliver sustainable technology excellence that supports company goals and empowers seamless customer experiences.
About You
You will have a passion for all things IT and a knack for translating business needs into tech solutions, along with: - A strategic mindset and enterprise-wide view of the FSNI business. - Leadership skills that inspire and encourage collaboration across diverse teams. - Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement, always on the lookout for the next big idea. - The ability to simplify the complex, and a flexible approach to balancing multiple priorities.
