We will count on you to:

• Manage a portfolio of cases on behalf of our client, ensuring compliance with Client Service Level Agreements and ACC Audit Standards
• Promote a healthy and safe working environment while maintaining high standards of customer service in accordance with the Code of Claimant Rights
• Conduct regular client contact to discuss claims and foster effective working relationships
• Keep management informed about progress and ongoing client relationships
• Commit to your professional development and maintain a competent practice

What you need to have:

• Proven experience in Case Management or Claims Management, preferably from a Government body or insurer
• Strong knowledge of ACC legislation
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, rehabilitation, or a health-related discipline
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and effective time management abilities
