Customer Supply Co-Ordinator

We are currently on the lookout for a passionate Customer Supply Co-ordinator to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract.  In this role, you will be critical in partnering with our warehouse and logistics teams to enhance Lion’s customer experience and manage delivery related complaints.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end process of delivery queries, returns and major damages.
• Resolution of delivery related complaints nationally.
• Support credit and claim process from end to end for outturns from carriers.
• Management and tracking of 3PL claims.
• Support in the development and optimisation of Order to Cash processes.
• Troubleshoot inventory and delivery related issues in the South Island.
• Improve issue resolution processes and stakeholder relationships to ensure complaints & queries are resolved.
• Primary contact for all carriers and our warehouses (including Speights) when it comes to issues relating to delivery queries & returns.
• Continuously seeking process improvement opportunities and improving customer experience.

Key to your success will be:

• Ability to have courageous conversations and challenge for the good of our customers and  business
• Solution-focused and an inquisitive mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management capability
• Experience within Logistics and/or Customer Services is beneficial
