We are looking for a forward-thinking Transformation Lead to support the Operations business through a significant period of transformation. Our mission is to drive operational efficiency through implementation of best practice across  asset management, engineering and operations, developing sustainable solutions for the future.

 

What you’ll do: 

As the Transformation Lead for Engineering and Asset Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and optimizing our service delivery models. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and leading strategic transformation initiatives across the rollingstock operations business
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align transformation efforts with business goals
  • Development of colleagues in tools and methodologies to enable ongoing and sustainable business improvement
  • Reviewing systems and processes across Rollingstock operations to identify opportunities
  • Working closely with staff across all levels to develop implementation strategies and foster engagement. Driving the adoption of best practices in asset lifecycle management, reliability engineering, and operational efficiency.
  • Tracking the progress of transformation projects and reporting key metrics to senior management
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with transformation activities
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across rollingstock operations

 

What you’ll need: 

We are seeking a motivated leader with the following qualifications and experience:

  • 15+ years demonstrated experience in managing transformation projects within an operations or manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus
  • Strong background with proven delivery in asset management, engineering systems, and process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in change management and driving cultural change within teams
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and safety standards
  • Familiarity with digital transformation technologies and innovation in the asset management space is an advantage
