We're looking for:
An experienced shift leader or someone with management experience in casual dining ๐ or similar is preferred, but not essential.
A bucket-load of passion ๐ to inspire, motivate, and engage your team.
Excellent communication skills ๐ฃ๏ธ.
A people-focused individual ๐งโ๐คโ๐ง, who loves to coach, mentor, and develop Team Members from all walks of life.
A passion for running restaurants brilliantly ๐ฝ๏ธ โ serving up high-quality food and making every customer feel welcome.

As a leader in our restaurants, it is an inherent requirement of the role to work with all ingredients ๐ on the Nandoโs menu, to obtain and hold appropriate certifications ๐ , such as liquor accreditation ๐ท, First Aid ๐, CPR and manager accreditation, subject to applicable local legislation.
