Call Centre Operator - Receptionist (Parental Leave)
- This is a parental leave cover and a full time role for 18 months
- Based in Rosebank, Avondale
As a Call Centre Operator - Receptionist, you will work closely with the Call Centre and wider team to ensure the smooth flow of communication between our valued customers and field staff. Your keys to success will be your energy, experience and team playing abilities. Your role will require you to manage our head office reception, log breakdown jobs and dispatching to service technicians, booking customer job requests, receiving and responding to queries via phone and email and providing courteous, friendly, helpful and efficient service to external and internal customers.
What you bring
- Previous Call Centre and/or Reception experience
- Strong customer service skills and high attention to detail
- Confident / positive person who thrives in a busy and dynamic work environment
- Remain calm under pressure and ability to deal with multiple customer queries and
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM system
- Experience in SAP or similar and Microsoft Office suite
- Have appropriate NZ work visa, residency or citizenship, and currently is in New Zealand
