A unique and varied opportunity has become available at our thriving resident-led community in the heart of Christchurch for an organised and energetic administration extraordinaire!

As our Living Well Operations Coordinator you provide leadership to our team members working in our Living Well apartments, 5 Acres cafe, and Good Friends community centre as well as provide key operational and administrative support to Park Lane's Village Manager.

Key tasks include:

  • Oversee our cafe and housekeeping teams, including roster management and cleaning rotations
  • Oversee our fleet car booking system and upkeep of our CRM
  • Support Living Well apartment resident events and queries
  • Support our Village Manager with HR, resident, and accounts-related documentation and administration 

This is a full time role, working across Monday to Friday, where no day will be the same and will see you regularly interacting with our team members, residents, and their families.

Qualifications

Strength and competence in administration and office support via experience in aged care or a similar role. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Ability to interact & communicate with a variety of people
  • Ability to think on their feet and solve problems
  • Compassion and sensitivity with conflict management skills
  • Experience in business process improvement 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong experience with Office 365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM, Accounting, Rostering, or HR systems and/or comfortable learning new technology.
  • Full NZ Driver's License
