Salary Band - $69,000 to $83,000 pa pro-rata + KiwiSaver
- Dunedin Hospital
- 24 hours per week (0.8 FTE)
- Permanent full time position - rostered shifts Monday to Friday 0830-1700

- Assisting with patient procedures,
- Plastering,
- Admin,
- Pre-paring for outpatient appointments
- Pre-paring for impending surgical intervention

About you
- A current New Zealand Registration and APC.
- Excellent assessment skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly develop a rapport with patients and their whanau/family.
- Passionate and focused for working with families/whanau.
- Orthopaedic nursing experience preferred but not essential.
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth
- Experience in projects / initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.

Salary Range
This role is covered by the terms and conditions of the expired NZNO CEA and the salary will be in accordance with the EN Pay Scale, between $69,934 and $83,349 p.a pro rata dependant on relevant experience.
