As an Area Manager, you’re the spark that keeps the flame alive across multiple restaurants. You’ll champion a people-first culture, deliver operational excellence, and inspire your teams to run brilliant restaurants.

Build Your Flock: Spot talent, grow future leaders, and create a bench of Nando’s superstars.
Culture Maker: Create an inspiring, values-driven environment and support engagement activities.
Hiring Hero: Lead hiring efforts, from hosting group recruitment events to discovering hidden talent.
Delight Customers: Drive Nandoca engagement to create experiences that keep customers coming back.
Coach the Crew: Empower Restaurant Managers to build people capability and reach their goals.
Safety Leader: Embed safety processes so everyone can thrive in a safe environment.
Profit Driver: Optimize restaurant costs and deliver on-target or above-target results in sales and profit, uncover growth opportunities, and build local connections.
Community Connector: Build relationships with local communities and engage them in your area’s journey.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience leading multi-site operations with a focus on customer service.
A passion for developing teams and helping them reach their full potential.
Strong financial acumen to drive sales and profit while managing costs.

The Nitty-Gritty:
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Wellington, NZ. Regular travel across NZ (and occasionally AUS) is required, so you’ll need a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
