We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join our Christchurch based team, as a Subcontractor Administrator. Working alongside our existing Health & Safety team, this role is pivotal to ensuring subcontractor compliance throughout the Canterbury region, in accordance with Fulton Hogan’s National Subcontractor Management Procedures. This includes ensuring all required documentation is received and verified, necessary audits are completed and organised reporting is maintained.
In addition to the above you will:
- Be the key contact for Fulton Hogan managers and subcontractors regarding compliance and system improvements.
- Ensure all subcontractors are completing the required inductions before commencing work.
- Plan and co-ordinate annual subcontractor engagement events, to enhance networking relationships with both Fulton Hogan and Subcontractor management teams.
- Ensure subcontractors are aware and understand the Fulton Hogan Drug and Alcohol Standard requirements.
- Facilitate the completion of the yearly Location Compliance Certificate, in line with the hazardous substance storage requirements.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous administration/coordination experience
- A personable approach to develop and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills and a high attention to detail
- The ability to encourage a positive compliance culture within our subcontractor team
